Development Project Leader

As part of the Development Department, the post holder reports to the Director of Strategic Projects.

Main job features
Conduct one or several development projects from the predevelopment decision to product launch on the market, i.e.
- design and ensure validation of the project, plan, resources and organization
- organize and coordinate actions with other players,
- embody the guarantee of compliance with timelines,
- put forward the necessary adjustments,
- plan ahead and maintain a global vision of the project
- ensure that divergences emerge and help resolve conflicts
- report to the steering committee
- ensure project closure.

Profile required
Higher education in a scientific subject with at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Research and/or Development. Excellent organizational skills, teamwork and the capacity to make proposals. Great persuasive, analytical and diagnostic capacities. Business English is a must
