Personalized management
Each Guerbet Group manager uses the Strategic Workforce Planning to develop the skills of their employees taking into account the company’s major challenges.
Each manager is responsible for:
1/ Managing: by providing a wide range of management tools to develop the employability of the workforce
2/ Forecasting: by assessing the effects of Guerbet’s strategy on jobs and business and identifying potential change in jobs and business; analysing deviations with regard to the current situation
3/ Jobs: by ensuring that there are sufficient human resources to meet constantly changing needs
4/ Competencies: by ensuring that there are sufficiently qualified human resources to meet constantly changing needs
