Personalized management

Each Guerbet Group manager uses the Strategic Workforce Planning to develop the skills of his employees taking into account the company’s major challenges. 

Each manager is responsible for:

1/ Managing: by providing a wide range of management tools to develop the employability of the work force

2/ Forecasting: by assessing the effects of Guerbet’s strategy on jobs and business and identifying potential change in jobs and business; analysing deviations with regard to current status

3/ Jobs: by ensuring that there are sufficient human resources to meet constantly changing needs

4/ Competencies: by ensuring that there are sufficiently qualified human resources to meet constantly changing needs

Guerbet Group managers also rely on motivating, transparent and fair remuneration policy. This policy is based on the recognition of talent and skills, encouraging engagement and reward individual and collective performance, through :

Recruitment process

You are looking to join the Guerbet Group.The different phases of our hiring process provide you with all the guarantees of an equitable recruitment.

1/ CVs (resumes) selected by the Head of Human Resources and the line manager concerned.

2/ Individual interviews with the head of Human Resources and line manager to:
· validate your professional skills
· determine whether your profile matches our requirements and our corporate culture

3/ Candidate chosen on a unanimous basis.

The integration process

The integration process is personalized and aims to:

1/ provide the new recruit with all the information needed to understand Group policies and methods,

2/ provide the new recruit with all the relevant information about their job and thus help them to integrate their team and department as effectively as possible,

3/ implement a specific training plan.


The immediate superior is deeply implicated in this process to ensure that all objectives are reached.
