Growth and sustainability of our Group depends on customer satisfaction and quality of our economic results.
As a responsible company, we want also to combine performance and sustaina-ble development in accordance with high standards on quality, safety and envi-ronmental protection.

Meeting these goals, requires a culture of anticipation and risk prevention.
The Guerbet Group, through all its subsidiaries, undertakes a continuous im-provement programme promoting individual responsibility in order to:

• Preserve the health and safety of men and women who contribute to its
activities.

• Ensure the safety of its industrial facilities and their impact on the environ-ment, particularly in terms of emissions, effluents and waste in order to pre-serve the natural environment.

• Respect, wherever it does business, laws and regulations on quality, safety and environment that are applicable.

• Maintain with stakeholders relationships based on transparency and dialogue.

Each Head of Department or General Manager is responsible to implement and monitor the quality, safety and environmental programmes in its area of activi-ties, and ensure proper information and active contribution of all employees.

Each Manager integrates these expectations in his leadership and make sure QSE objectives are defined for him and his team.

The performance of each on quality, safety and environment is an important criterion of competencies appreciation in each job.
